We assess your estate
A free site visit: source water tested, existing network surveyed, demand modelled against unit count. You get a written feasibility summary, including an honest no if the estate is not viable.
Financing
Hydrax funds and constructs the boreholes, the reverse osmosis plant and the mineral dosing, and repairs the pipework that needs it. No capital contribution or guarantee from the estate.
Smart Meter Installation
One meter per household on your existing distribution network. Residents top up cashless via Mobile Money and pay only for what they use, so the management company is out of the business of chasing water bills.
Operation and maintenance
Our technicians run the plant, IoT monitoring flags faults before residents notice, and quarterly samples go to certified laboratories with reports to your committee.
At exit, we hand over the plant
If the contract is not renewed, the installed plant remains with the estate and we train your designated operator to run it.

No, we use the existing piping of the estate and only replace when need be. We do not do parallel or dual piping in the estate.
No, Hydrax Water will install smart prepaid water meters in every household so individuals buy water at their own discretion.
After the contract period ends and neither party wills to extend it, Hydrax Water will hand over the plant to the estate and train one person to run the plant thereafter.
